In Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, we still follow the old ways: hand-selecting spices, slow-roasting them, and stone-grinding on the ammikal (traditional stone grinder).

Meet Our Founder — Ajaykumar Periyasamy
Ajaykumar Periyasamy, an entrepreneur and passionate food lover from Dharmapuri, grew up watching his mother and grandmother prepare flavourful dishes using freshly ground masalas.
With years of experience as a creator and business coach, and a deep respect for tradition, Ajaykumar launched Ammikal Amma Masala — to share the flavours of his home with the world.
What started as a small effort has now grown into a trusted premium masala brand — known for authenticity and quality — with happy customers across India and around the globe.
