Minors, un-discharged insolvents, or those deemed "incompetent to contract" are not eligible. We reserve the right to terminate access or refuse service at our discretion.
If registering as a business, you confirm your authority to bind the entity to this agreement. Our products are delivered only within India, to states with open import policies. We are not liable for orders placed from outside India or restricted regions.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT & INVITATION TO OFFER
We strive to provide accurate details about our natural masala products, including pricing, descriptions, and images. Prices include all taxes, but packaging, weights, and colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences or approximations. We cannot guarantee exact color matches upon delivery.
Product listings on our Platforms are an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer, which we may accept or reject. Acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the product(s). We’ll notify you via email or phone (if provided) to confirm receipt and dispatch. Until dispatched, no act by us constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator appointed by us. Mumbai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
